Because any user could be online at anytime, when inserting a new GEDCOM into the database, please do the following steps, in sequence:

• Prior to inserting a new GEDCOM into the database from the TNG ADMIN, set all notes to private by clicking the Set private link, above
   

• Insert the new GEDCOM from the TNG ADMIN into the database.
   

• Return to this utility and click on the Fix HTML link, above.  Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page that is displayed to ensure the procedure completed.
   

• To finish up, click on the Set public link, above.
